Stress eating: your body’s worst enemy, your fast life best friend

Many people today eat their meals in a rush. They eat food that was grown fast, cooked fast and then to top it all off they eat fast. After eating the feeling is usually that of dissatisfaction and consequent hunger. The digestion of food starts in the mouth, this turns on pleasure receptors in the mouth. If we eat under stress we do not take the time to enjoy the taste of our food which is crucial to feeling full.

When we eat in a crowded place, at the office, in front of a TV or on the go like many, we are turn on the stress response within our body. This is known as the activation of the sympathetic nervous system or the fight or flight response. In this response, your body sends out chemicals telling the body that danger is very near and to be ready to fight or run for life. Naturally in this process all energy is diverted from the center of the body to the limbs of the body so that fighting and sprinting are reaction. Any food that is eaten while in this state will be digested at a supreme detriment to normal absorption, potentially between 80% to 100%. In this state the body jettisons crucial nutrients to conserve and create more readily available energy to fuel survival. Much of food is turned into fat to prepare for long bouts of fight or flight, when eating is not possible.

After taking only 10 deep breaths you will see a change in your mood, tension level and energy. These 10 deep breaths turn your body from a fight or flight state into a healthy state for digestion, a state of equilibrium. This allows for the food to be digested and absorbed as efficiently and completely as possible. Taking 10 deep breaths will also increase metabolic fat burn and energy output from each meal.

Past experiences, future experiences and the now

Good afternoon! I hope you are well!

Ron Smotherman stated in his book winning through enlightenment that “we often do not live now. Often we live then in place of now.” Have you ever noticed that when you’re telling a story to someone about a memory, about a past experience, the opportunity may arise where you can change the memory Or when you second-guess what actually happened. This is not unusual because a memory is simply us remembering the last time we told the story of that experience to ourselves or to someone else, essentially the last time we remembered that event and the way it was remembered.
An experience taking place in reality or in the mind generates the same response within the body, mind and brain. This has been shown through the use of MRI scans in multiple studies. For instance, have you ever noticed when you’re dreaming it feels like it is reality, until you wake up and realize that the dream wasn’t real?

A portion of our memories never actually exist, they are simply patches to make the story flow more smoothly so that it is easier to interpret by the mind. These portions of our memories are dreams, these dreams can occur while sleeping or while waking and could be from a completely different story line. These dreams come from times in our life when we are looking at a situation and deciding the possible outcomes, this causes an overlap of details in certain places.
There is always the possibility that pieces of the memory or the entirety may not exist in this reality at all. The universe is abundant and holds all realities, this is why we can imagine ourselves doing other things in this moment that do not exist in our present and current reality. These things that we imagine ourselves doing exist in another reality happening in this same moment simultaneously. Imagine that you are driving on a highway across the ocean, when you look out your window you see other highways as far as the eye can see. On each of these highways you are driving a different car traveling at the same velocity in an undefined direction, each of these highways is an alternate reality that is existing simultaneously within the one you reside in but leading to a different end result. At any time you can change the end result by changing what goes into your mind and making the decision to sacrifice who you are now for who you will be. Once you realize that you can be anything, do anything, and have anything the world will open up to you. The end result of the highway you’re on is based on the goals you set for yourself in the path you choose to take.

The law of attraction states “what we visualize materializes.” The future we visualize for ourselves, is what materializes, so would we not hold the power of foresight. When we dream about the future, and experience the future now of being something greater, the possibility that this beingness will manifest increases each time we go back. Each time we visualize our self being something we increase the possibility of alignment of our reality and that specific alternate reality. We can see alternate realities by letting our mind wander.This is the moment when we say “I can do that.” And this is true you could do that, no matter what that is.

To do that thing you want to do you need only work as if your goal or dream is already ensured to be a success. work so hard to gain knowledge toward this dream that you can’t lose. in terms of education, you need only follow the trail of breadcrumbs; the footsteps of those who came before you; the roadmap to success. Each time you have the same vision and say “I can do that”, those vibrations coming from the vibrations of your throat (chakra number 6) gain more and more velocity or weight in the universe. If you work, believe, affirm success and help others, when there is enough velocity or weight in the universe the imagined reality will “drop”. The next morning when you wake up after the “drop” you will be in the alternate reality which you manifested for yourself.

4 Steps to Combat Stress, Shortness of breath, improve memory and energy in 40 minutes per day

Good afternoon! I hope you are well!

Many people today suffer from shortness of breath(S.O.B.). Yes that’s right shallow breathing. Shortness of breath comes from not being taught how to properly breathe by those in your environment when you were a young child/adult.Breathing deeply has so many wonderful affects on your body. Simply breathing deeper allows you to  relax  the body and mind, lose weight, communicate better, get rid of emotions, have more energy, reduce stress and many more benefits. Any person who suffers from S.O.B. will also suffer from a series of other chronic illnesses which are triggered by the inability to relax. Anxiety, low self confidence, depression, lack of motivation,lack of sex drive, low self esteem, migraines, muscle spasms, aneurisms, and many more illnesses. Some doctors overlook this as an actual medical condition, I don’t. I believe some other medical conditions are caused by first suffering from Shortness of breath There are only a few options:to breath deeply throughout your day, to meditate, to be on a respirator or to be hypnotized. By being mindful of your breath throughout the day;By concentrating on taking more deep breaths each day, you can change your life for the better in a short amount of time.

As you can see the added stress causes holes in the Frontal lobe of the brain. These holes are in the exact spot where logical thought comes from. These logical thoughts are not emotionally charged and are allowed to use the whole of our communication and awareness powers. This can also be referred to as true communication, which is conveying your message without adding emotional stress generated by the listening party. True communication can not be reached when the body is in stressed situation.To combat a stressed situation while communicating take three deep breaths. If you are in situation where your emotions can be dealt with try this.

Transcendental meditation:

1)lay on your back or sitting in a cross legged pose in a calm and quiet place.

2)Focus on letting the earth absorb the energy out of your feet,legs, pelvis, abdomen, chest, back, hands, arms, shoulders, neck and head.

3)Touch your tongue to the roof of your mouth just behind your front teeth and touch your middle fingers to your thumbs. This creates an electrical connection.

4)lie in this position for 20 minutes while breathing deeply in through your nose and out through your mouth.

With just two meditation sessions a day you will feel great relief, feel more energetic, age slower, have better memory retention now and the memory of a 25 year old when you are 50! If you are already 50 don’t worry, this will help your brain recover!

11 steps to clear excess emotional energy through meditation

Communicating a message to a friend without adding your emotions to your message can be very challenging. To keep your emotions out of the conversation is one of the most important keys to mindful communication and can be one of the hardest keys to master. However to complete and use this simple tip you will need to be able to control your emotions.  Emotions can be cleared quite easily if you know the proper steps. This may take multiple sessions to clear all emotion.

Meditating to clear emotions (energy in motion) in the body

1. Find a quiet room or place to go where you won’t be bothered for about 20 minutes
2. Lay on your back
3. Close your eyes
4. Move your tongue to touch the roof of your mouth and the back of your

front teeth
5. Connect your middle finger to your hands on both sides( keep position throughout)
6. Exhale deeply through your mouth

7. Pause
8. Inhale deeply through your nose

9.Pause
10. exhale deeply through your nose
11. repeat this process with little pause in between the exhale & inhale stages
12. Feel your body melting into the ground
13.mentally say “I am so very thankful that all my excess energy is absorbed from my body by the earth”
