Stress eating: your body’s worst enemy, your fast life best friend

Many people today eat their meals in a rush. They eat food that was grown fast, cooked fast and then to top it all off they eat fast. After eating the feeling is usually that of dissatisfaction and consequent hunger. The digestion of food starts in the mouth, this turns on pleasure receptors in the mouth. If we eat under stress we do not take the time to enjoy the taste of our food which is crucial to feeling full.

When we eat in a crowded place, at the office, in front of a TV or on the go like many, we are turn on the stress response within our body. This is known as the activation of the sympathetic nervous system or the fight or flight response. In this response, your body sends out chemicals telling the body that danger is very near and to be ready to fight or run for life. Naturally in this process all energy is diverted from the center of the body to the limbs of the body so that fighting and sprinting are reaction. Any food that is eaten while in this state will be digested at a supreme detriment to normal absorption, potentially between 80% to 100%. In this state the body jettisons crucial nutrients to conserve and create more readily available energy to fuel survival. Much of food is turned into fat to prepare for long bouts of fight or flight, when eating is not possible.

After taking only 10 deep breaths you will see a change in your mood, tension level and energy. These 10 deep breaths turn your body from a fight or flight state into a healthy state for digestion, a state of equilibrium. This allows for the food to be digested and absorbed as efficiently and completely as possible. Taking 10 deep breaths will also increase metabolic fat burn and energy output from each meal.

Why are organic foods better for us than GMO’s?

Good afternoon! I hope everyone is well today!

In this question everything revolves around frequency. But lets first compare the processes of Organic and GMO foods.

Organic foods are grown in soil that has been properly cared for. The plants are tended without chemicals or pesticides. GMO’s have the possibility of having chemicals and pesticides sprayed on them because these plants are not being help up to the strict guidelines of the organic standard. The organic foods are foods that have not been altered while in seed or pre-seed form. The organic seeds came from the earth naturally. The GMO seeds are manually altered so that they contain genes that help them to withstand the harsh environments that they are grown in. Our earth is changing and this is the “scientific” way to handle the issue.organic

The organic way to handle this issue is Back to Eden farming. This means to grow above ground and use tree chips insulation for the moisture and insulation away from the harsh sun. This way also allows us to grow without tilling up the dirt. The tilling of dirt is important because every time we till more dirt we bring more carbon from the ground to the atmosphere producing more carbon dioxide.

Due to the fact that the organic foods come from the earth naturally, are grown in the earth the way the plants were intended to be grown and are cared for properly these foods contain a frequency very close to that of our earth. If we take in more organic foods than anything else naturally we are going to be healthy. It is all about absorbing the frequency of the earth. organic-2

The reason we are just now coming into problems with health after having almost 70 years of the chemicals and pesticides is related to our footwear. most who grew up before the 90’s were always in their bare feet. This allowed them to naturally absorb the frequency of the earth through their feet. This over abundance of the earth’s frequency blocked out the low quality frequency of food additives, keeping them healthier until they began to go away from walking on the earth.

Earth’s most powerful natural anti-inflammatory

Good afternoon! I hope everyone is well!

Today chronic illness is running rampant among the United States and other parts around the world. The causes that doctors have associated with these symptoms can be a result of dehydration, shallow breathing, too much sitting, poor diet, lack of exercise, & many others. What if there was a deeper issue that involved all these areas? What if this deeper issue was visible but only to those looking through a microscope or a telescope?

I believe that the answer lies beneath our feet. The earth, our mother Gaia is the most powerful natural inflammatory on earth. Yes this may seem a bit absurd when you first read this but let me explain.

The earth and bodies have a frequency at all times throughout our life because many of the connections in our brain and throughout the rest of the body are electrical in nature. We have 50 trillion cells that are at least 70% water. This amounts to the fact that we are very conductive due to waters conductivity. Because we originate from the earth our frequency will operate most efficiently and effectively with earth when we are aligned with earth’s natural frequency.

By aligning with earth’s natural frequency we allow our body to heal faster, rest better, feel better, think better, & work better over all. Our bodies in this modern age are around electrical appliances and devices at all times. Every on of these electrical things has a frequency. The frequency is decided by the intention of the thing when it was made. If the thing was made purely to make money and support greed then the frequency is very low and bad for our bodies. Each time you touch an electrical appliance you receive micrograms of radiation onto your fingers. Over time, when not corrected or counteracted, the body begins to fatigue because it is no longer the frequency of the earth, it is the average frequency of the appliances you are around most often.

The best way to help this is to earth, to connect your body to the earth’s natural frequency like it is an electrical outlet for your phone and you are the phone. Recharging your energy can be done easily by breathing for 10 minutes on the natural earth. It works best if you follow the steps laid out in my article 11 Steps to Clearing Excess Emotional Stress. The only difference is that you should take blanket outside and lay on the ground.

4 undeniable keys to success

To me there are only four keys to success: Daily education; Set & keep short, medium and long term goals; Help people, Fail better daily.

1) Daily Education

At the time we start elementary school we start a daily process of learning that lasts the next 12 years. However most do not co0ntinue to educate themselves after high school. The common adage is “After high school ill never need to learn again”, this is terrible for your life and future.

Always remember that you are either getting better or getting worse, there is never any standing still. When working toward a goal, if you do not grow constantly and consistently you will have a hard time reaching your goal. If you waste today you have lost a day of growth and gain, therefore you are in the same place as yesterday with double the time invested in the same result, thus the result is half as valuable and you have lost value.

I use audible to help me learn when I am working, as well as on the move.

2) Set & keep short, medium, and long term goals
The key to accomplishing any goal is to set a blanket goal; a humongous goal; a long term goal. Under this goal you can set up smaller short and medium term goals for learning, creating, experiencing, relaxing, sleep and any other piece of life you believe is crucial to your goal. Then you start now with what you have because what you have within you and your being is always enough to accomplish great feats!
Once you have figured out what you would like to be your goal. You then take on the persona of a person who is already in that field which you would like to emulate. You look at this persons education, demeanor, dress, and skill levels in many areas. This person’s life is full of bread crumbs to help you along the way. Also you do not have to do everything the same these bread crumbs are only guide lines to find the way to your goal.
I suggest setting 2-4 daily goals that you can accomplish today with the skills and equipment you have now. Then ask yourself “if I only accomplish this will I be satisfied with my day.” I use E.ggtimer.com to help me keep track of time better, I like to set 30 minute timers and see what I can get done. Then take a 5 or 10 minute break after.

3) Help people
In the modern age your business is only going to work if you help people to do something better or easier. We are in the customer service business and everything else is truly secondary if your customer service is on point and you show the customer you care. Customer service and treatment is the difference between a disgruntled customer who tells everyone about how terrible you are on Facebook and a long time customer that writes about you on their blog. The key is to care about every single customer with the same enthusiasm and zest whether they are a customer who buys one unit a year or a million units per year.

The key for you is to decide where you want to help. You can help in one of three areas which I call realms of passion. The realms of passion consist of helping people, helping the environment, or helping animals. You need only choose the one that interests you most, then choose the task which you think would make you happiest doing. Because in everything happiness path not the goal.

4) Fail better daily

“Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away” –Antoine De Saint-Exupery

These two quotes are two of my favorites which I live by on a daily basis to better myself. The first quote by Samuel Beckett, tells us that no matter what if we fail over and over, again and again we will continuously get better if we only try to fail a little better each day. Becoming an expert in anything takes hours and hours of working on your passion. If it is truly your passion you will be willing to fail over and over again to get it right and to learn your passion inside and out. I challenge you to not worry about the results, the timing or the perspectives of others. I challenge you to fail better on a daily basis and see where your feet take you.

The last thing I will be good to remember comes from The Four hour workweek by Tim Ferris. When you are going throughout your day, at 3 different times set an alarm and ask yourself ” am I being productive/effective or am I just being busy.”

Turmeric (curcuma longa) has been used for cleansing the liver and anti-inflammatory properties since the beginning for hundreds of years. Turmeric originated in India and is a main staple of the Indian diet. Turmeric is part of the ginger family. Turmeric has been used in Indian Ayurveda medicine for at least 6000 years to treat people of all ages of many illnesses.

The active ingredient in Turmeric is Curcumin. Curcumin has many benefits to promote health and life. The anti inflammatory properties of Turmeric help to increase blood circulation preventing blood clots and hardening of the arteries by dilating the blood vessels. Turmeric contains a chemical enzyme called Lipopolysaccharide which stimulates the body’s proper immune response, thus eliminating chronic inflammation in its tracks.

Turmeric also improves brain function by increasing a chemical called the brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF). This increase in BDNF improves the brains function by allowing neurons to split/divide and multiply safely within the brain. It also helps to lower risk of brain disease. A lack of BDNF has been shown to cause depression and alzheimer’s.

Turmeric is very helpful for keep your weight under control. Many components in the turmeric stimulate the gall bladder production of bile. This improves digestion, improves breakdown of dietary fat & reduces symptoms of bloating and gas. Someone who is overweight has many cells around the belly and other areas which are inflamed and called fat.
